Broadridge is hiring a Scanning Solutions Associate! We are looking for a client-focused, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities:
Using various criteria and controls to analyze/scan various documents and physical checks for client reviewExtensive communication with various internal team members and external clientsLiaising with the outsourcing middle office personnel to effect efficient scanning/rejecting/returning of physical checksReconciliation of all checks received, scanned, returned and destroyedProcess appropriate scanning in accordance with Firm guidelinesEnsure regulatory compliance with all industry regulationsDeveloping a detailed understanding of all aspects of the workflow process to allow associates to rotate responsibilities based on needDevelopment of tactical solutions to increase efficiency and process transparencyLiaise with senior managers in Operations, technology and the Business to develop strategic solutionsLearns and applies “check handling “Clearing policies and proceduresProvides Customer support and resolution on workflow/transaction issuesWorks on special projects as neededQualifications:
At least 1-2 years of work experience in Operations or related fieldProficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft WordExcellent organizational skillsCandidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and team orientedAbility to remain composed under pressureAbility to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentAccuracy and attention to detailStrong client service orientationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAdapt to new changes and new challengesStrong analytical skills.Salary range $18 - $20 hourly. Bonus Eligible.
