Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in an in-house Trade Compliance Operations role in the hi-tech industry.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional and geographically diverse environment.
+ Knowledge of India regulations and country-specific import and export trade requirements.
+ Ability to effectively develop and present information to executive level management.
+ Excellent communication skills.

As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.
As a Scaled Operations Manager, you will design processes that drive scale and speed. From global server deployments to delivering networking gear, you will ensure all trade compliance requirements are met, making sure the right equipment gets to the right place at the right time. You'll be part of the team responsible for enabling the supply chain infrastructure that powers Google's compute network.
+ Manage, plan and execute multiple projects and programs critical to Google’s trade compliance enablement.
+ Manage and monitor the regional regulatory changes and publish applicable trade compliance requirements and impact on the business.
+ Partner with the business to develop and implement solutions for identified opportunities.
+ Draft and manage the trade compliance enablement guidance, manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
+ Partner with Trade Compliance Legal to address any regulatory queries/actions.
