An Energy Supplier in Bloomington, MN is hiring multiple Control Center Operators Level 1 & 2 to join the team for a great long term opportunity! Summary: Join our state-of-the-art Operations Control Center to remotely monitor and control renewable energy plants. You'll help ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations using SCADA systems, responding to changing conditions and maximizing performance. Job Duties: + Monitor plant equipment and weather data via SCADA systems + Adjust controls to maintain optimal operating conditions + Log operational actions and respond to curtailment/outage directives + Communicate effectively with field personnel and external operators + Support troubleshooting and ensure regulatory compliance Qualifications: + 2–5+ years of experience in industrial operations or computer-based systems (power plant or military/maritime exp a plus) + Navy experience is a big plus + Technical degree preferred + Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills + Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn SCADA systems + Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays + Familiarity with power plant operations and NERC policies preferred + Ability to train for NERC certification preferred **If Interested: Please apply to the job application and email Derek at Dmautz @teksystems.com Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $45.00/hr.
