• Ensure monitoring of all sites during their operations by the SCADA team
• Ensure fault ticket is monitored till it is resolved
• Prepare daily performance state of all sites, identify underperformance, plan with
ground team of subcontractor and regional managers for inspection and
corrections if applicable till performance is restored.
• Take immediate actions for any fault noticed in a site for corrections so that
generation loss is minimized. Coordinate with inter departments, regional managers
or subcontractors till the fault is rectified.
• Keep account of all spares stocked in various locations for different projects and
ensure replenishment of spares in coordination with regional managers, subcontractors,
logistics and techno commercial teams.
• Anticipate problems & interface issues and take proactive measures for
resolution.
•Expedite conduct of JMRs in coordination with regional managers and ensure
invoices are raised in time to customers for all RESCO projects
• Ensure submission of bills of O&M subcontractors on timely manner to accounts,
submission of auxiliary electricity bills, rental bills of sims, etc.
• Ensure O&M sub- contractors perform works as per the agreed terms and
conditions with coordination with regional managers.
• Preparations of reports and returns as requested by clients from time to time.
• Updation of deck for management or client regularly

Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech

Experience: 12- 18 Years - SCADA Monitoring in Solar O&M
