We welcome your application even if you don’t meet every requirement listed Responsibilities A technical Sector Engineering position whose focus is to drive high levels of equipment uptime. This role identifies trends and champions solutions common to PBNA sites improving efficiencies using the following strategies: Quantitative analysis looking at all bottling sites and using Zarpac data, or similar downtime collection systems, to identify worst performers and trends at the equipment component level for review and response strategies. Provide leadership and guidance to quickly solve difficult downtime events. Connect sites with the expertise from the OEM needed to find resolution. Connect bottling sites and the OEM via Secure Vendor Access (SVA) navigating the complex requirements surrounding cybersecurity. Promote and present OEM overhaul contracts across the network. Track start-up success and ongoing performance. Partner with the OEM continually improving the programs offered. Evaluating the effectiveness of OEM equipment upgrades for reapplication as well as the sharing of best practices, training, and TPM programs. Advise and develop strategies with OEM’s and sites to address obsolescence in a strategic and cost-effective manner. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. Qualifications BS Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering; Industrial Engineering preferred. Minimum of 5 years of project engineering experience, with a focus on new line installation and start-up, high speed packaging and project management, and process design. Supply Chain functional knowledge required. Familiarity with food and beverage packaging equipment and with plant operations; maintenance experience preferred Individual project CAR expenditure experience should be in excess of $250M. Position will require flexible hours and travel up to 30-50% of the time. Knowledge / Skill Requirements: Solid communication and presentation skills. Ability to negotiate with vendors, contractors and consultants. Proven ability in troubleshooting/problem solving in manufacturing environment. Basics of finance, product/project cost tracking and reporting. Self-motivated, results & action oriented.
