Know more: PepsiCoJobs Join PepsiCo, dare for better. Responsibilities The Opportunity This position is responsible for managing the Seasonings category for PMF (PepsiCo Mexico Foods). Your Impact As the Supply Chain Global Procurement Associate Manager, your scope will include: Managing a total annual spend of approximately USD +/- 340 million. Overseeing more than 20 PMF suppliers and leading RFP processes, ensuring strong supplier relationship management. Ensuring operational continuity for seasoning blends and the Phoenix plant through effective accountability and decision-making. Harmonizing bidding processes and cost structures across PMF. Co-leading the design and implementation of sustainability projects aligned with the PeP+ agenda. Validating new sourcing origins and supporting supplier development for sole-sourced materials. Delivering assigned net productivity targets and supporting the successful implementation of the new Phoenix Seasonings Plant. Preparing and delivering monthly financial reports. Ensuring forecast accuracy in coordination with the planning team. Defining and executing the procurement strategy for seasonings to achieve optimal cost efficiency. Leading the RFX process, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, meeting deadlines, and implementing negotiations without disruptions. Conducting in-depth analysis of the category, consolidating volume, spend, and vendors across all sites and business units, and identifying opportunities for leverage at regional or global levels. Ensuring 100% compliance with the legal contract management process for all suppliers. Collaborating with the Center of Excellence (COE) to evaluate and implement the best category alternatives, considering timing, cost, quality, insurance, and other relevant factors. Building strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Planning, Legal, Quality, and Finance. Working closely with regional teams and local markets to define, develop, and implement Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for key materials. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture, Economics or related. +5 years of experience in Direct Procurement or Sourcing, with demonstrated potential for continued growth within the Global Procurement organization. Solid negotiation experience in direct materials procurement (minimum 3 years), combined with process change management capabilities. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets effectively over +/- 200 million. Proven ability to identify and seize opportunities that drive efficiency within the category. Strong expertise in financial analysis and cost modeling. Excellent organizational, execution, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English, with the ability to engage in negotiations with global teams and suppliers. Experience in sustainable agricultural sourcing is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in team settings and unstructured environments. Comfortable influencing across levels and giving/receiving constructive feedback. Highly collaborative mindset—able to work seamlessly across Global Procurement, PepsiCo divisions, internal clients, and suppliers. Skilled in conflict resolution and team building.
