Responsibilities The Opportunity As a SC Finance Sr Analyst, you will be the owner of MeasureUp, a platform where all production data is submitted by manufacturing plants, along with Power Apps used for tracking warehouse and transportation data. You’ll serve as a key global contact for sector leaders and plant users, ensuring the integrity and flow of data across platforms and systems. Your main responsibility will be to validate that data flows correctly from the platforms to data servers and then transform that data into actionable insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Analyzer. These reports help monitor performance, support business decisions, and enable cost transformation. Key Responsibilities Launch and Maintain New Metrics Lead the rollout and communication of new KPIs across global teams. Develop educational materials to explain metric definitions (e.g., HC Leverage, Touches). Support the setup of Cockpit scorecards used to track operational performance. Build and Manage Analytical Tools Maintain and enhance tools in Power BI, Tableau, and Analyzer. Continuously refine and improve UI/UX of reporting tools. Collect feedback and build new tools as needed to support business operations. Metrics Sustainment and Data Quality Perform monthly validations and quality checks of operational dashboards. Implement enhancements to existing scorecards and diagnostic tools. Conduct ad hoc performance analyses, investigate root causes, and generate business insights. Documentation & Training Create and update operational playbooks for all metrics and tools. Support global teams with onboarding, training, and ongoing communications to ensure alignment and understanding. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor’s degree preferably in Data & Analytics, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Experience Prior experiences and knowledge in one or more key Financial/Operation area (e.g. SC Finance, Ops related support - Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing) either at a Corporate or Sector/Site level Experience in data analytics and modeling utilizing PowerBI or Tableau.
