Strategic Leadership:

Develop sales goals and strategies for the assigned zone/region

Design and organize resources to achieve strategic sales objectives

Oversee the implementation of commercial plans and promotional activities

Team Management:

Lead and develop the sales team within the assigned zone

Delegate responsibilities and monitor individual/team performance

Provide regular constructive feedback and develop staff capabilities

Create and maintain shared team values aligned with company values

Financial Responsibilities:

Manage budgets and financial activities for the zone

Monitor sales performance metrics and implement process improvements

Ensure proper financial stewardship of resources

Decision-Making:

Make decisions within the limits of the role's authority

Validate strategic choices for the zone's commercial activities

Approve escalated cases or exceptions as needed

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures

Oversee proper implementation of Good Promotional Practices

Ensure sales team completes required training on pharmacovigilance, product information, commercial terms, and compliance elements

Communication:

Share relevant information with the team

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Report on zone performance to senior leadership
