**About the role**
This position is responsible for owning Innovation & Comms for Vanish in Latin America:
Supports the development of the strategic 3yr plan and GSM with diagnostics and analysis.
Support the development and validation of key innovation initiatives.
Lead large scale project and work closely with functional teams to deliver projects until launch.
Partner with lead market for the development of creative idea and core creative assets for all activations ensuring full funnel requirements/ sufficiency with receiver markets.
Partner with lead market for the development of full toolkits to IMEX for localization.
**Your responsibilities**
**Overall**
+ Key partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of innovation on time and to quality.
+ Lead partner for the Design and Shopper teams.
+ Partnership with Lead Market and Creative AOR to deliver Creative & Comms work.
+ Lead partner with the I&A consumer insights to fuel our Creative & Comms.
+ Lead partner for Markets on Creative & Comms related topics.
+ Key partner for the CAP teams in the delivery of Innovation.
**Innovation**
+ Align Innovation Priorities across Categories and Key CMUs via CSCs.
+ Develop Concepts for Existing and New Products in line with innovation priorities.
+ Set Product, Packaging, Claim, and Pricing Strategy for all innovation.
+ Oversee Innovation Development and Stage-gate Approvals through to IP.
+ Ensure Sustainability full embedded in all our innovations, sufficient to deliver category targets.
Support I&A Validation - Reco and execute all consumer requirements (incl budgets) and action accordingly across multi markets (with I&A)
Development of Master pack designs for EPDs and NPDs.
**Comms Planning & Development**
+ Define Activation Roadmap and Timing to enable Area/Market targets
+ Lead with Comms Planning team the GLA, including ROI and GSM recommendation
+ Drive recommendation on Support Model by Market considering local requirements
+ Lead the development of Creative Idea, Core Creative Assets and core communication for all Activations (TVC/Video, KV / In-store / Digital /ecomm Templates & others TBD by project) ensuring full funnel requirements/ sufficiency with receiver markets
+ Co-lead the I&A qualification requirements and action accordingly across multi-markets
**Comms Deployment**
+ Provide Activation Toolkits (Innovation / BDIs) tailored by market cluster / Job to be Done. MMR like process to collect feedback, finding supplier, creating POSM catalogue for markets to order. Localization done by Markets.
+ Deploy Master Asset toolkit to markets for localization (Comms & Design)

+ Active leader within the Global CGO team – exciting all teams and wider org. on the power of our brands.
**Strategy &** **Base Business Continuity**
+ Supports the development of the strategic 3yr plan and GSM with diagnostics and analysis.
+ Supports masterplans per region to deliver sufficiency of innovation to deliver growth targets.
+ Drive the Productivity pipeline on product and packaging (GM Enhancement programs) from ideation to implementation
+ Maintenance of base formulations and claims with respect to changing regulations or guidelines
**The experience we're looking for**
+ **Marketing experience** : must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills developed within the FMCG environment, including experience on the brand or the broader category
+ Experience in growing brands and categories.
+ Experience with performance marketing and how to drive sustainable growth.
+ **Innovation Experience** : must be able to demonstrate strong skills in innovation development and delivery
+ Idea generation and validation
+ Project delivery
+ Cross-organisation leadership
+ **Brand Equity and Creative & Comms Experience** : must be able to demonstrate Brand Equity and Creative & Comms skills developed within the FMCG environment
+ Experience in managing iconic brands.
Experience in Creative & Comms development and execution.

The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in English is essential. Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
