These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In contract lifecycle management technology (CLM) at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions. You will have extensive experience in various CLM technologies.

Qualifications and Experience: 

 

Degree in Information Systems or Engineering  

 

Experience:  

 

3+ years in Technical aspects of the CLM system, including development and integration. 

 

Proficiency in CLM Software: 

Core: CPAi, Icertis, Sirion. 

Advantageous: DocuSign, Ironclad and others 

 

Technical Skills: 

3+ years in Technical aspects of the CLM system, including development and integration.. 

Technical Development  

Performance Optimization of the CLM system   

Technical Support and fixes issues  

Technical trouble shooting . 

Knowledge of system architecture.  

Data analysis using relevant tools. 

Programming skills and understanding code 

 

Project Management Skills: 

Experience with project management software. 

 

Leadership Abilities:

Team building. 

Strategic thinking. 

 

Stakeholder Interaction: 

Identifying and analyzing the needs and expectations of stakeholders.

Multiple CLM certifications with technical certifications  

Project Management - Agile PM or Prince 2 certification (or similar standards). 

 

Project Involvement: 

Participation in 3+ projects. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Integration Design & Management: Architect and manage end-to-end integrations with CLM platforms (e.g., ContractPodAi, Icertis, Agiloft) and core enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and DMS. 

Complex Build Oversight: Lead the configuration of advanced workflows, clause logic, approval matrices, metadata models, AI-assisted features, and smart forms. 

Technical Project Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, IT, compliance, procurement) through agile or hybrid delivery models to implement CLM capabilities. 

Stakeholder Engagement: Translate legal and business requirements into scalable technical solutions, acting as a trusted liaison between legal SMEs and developers. 

Performance & Governance: Establish KPIs, testing protocols, and change management strategies to ensure adoption, maintain system integrity, and uphold governance standards. 

Continuous Improvement: Monitor CLM system performance, gather user feedback, and prioritize iterative enhancements aligned with business goals. 

Performance Optimization and System Management: Overseeing the system during the build phase and beyond that the system runs efficiently and effectively 

Technical support and Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues. 

Process Improvement: Enhancing business processes through effective use of CLM tools. 

Data Analysis: Utilizing data analysis tools to interpret and present data. 

Project Management: Leading projects using relevant project management methodologies and software. 

Leadership: Guiding and mentoring junior team members, making strategic decisions, and fostering a collaborative team environment. 

Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.
