Red Hat will provide Professional Services to assist Client with the following tasks:

Providing advice and general knowledge transfer in connection with the configuration and optimization of Red Hat technologiesOffering on site system support for Client's Red Hat environments.Assisting with Spacewalk environment and architecting a Satellite solution.Assisting with system administration responsibilities in the current POS environment.Performing system diagnosis and potential resolution of Client's Red Hat related issues.Offering general knowledge transfer and documentation as appropriate.
