The SAS (Strategic Account Services) organization strives to improve the Amazon customer experience by working directly with Selling Partners to enable more selection, reduce defects, and drive growth across their businesses.
The Program Manager in the Paid Services team (SAS) org owns the program’s service offering and the design and execution of the product roadmap to continuously improve SX and team efficiency based on data, VoS insights and productivity studies of Marketplace Consultants (MCs). The PM works with other countries and SAS program leaders to close BR’s gap vs. other markets on SAS development.
The Program is the definition of customer obsessed. PM will own the combined vision and execution of how we connect with our sellers to uncover meaningful insights and share their voices with leadership to drive program improvements on their behalf. This role combines quantitative and qualitative analysis to ensure our sellers are heard and we have the best processes to take their accounts to their full potential.
A PM in SAS will drive detailed discussions and high-level alignment. They will be challenged to be clear and concise in verbal and written communication, and drives program discussions, such as e.g. BRDs for tech rollouts, roadmap, MBR/QBR, bi-annual business reviews with LT for AMPS BR and EM and WW program stakeholders.
They will contribute to OP1/OP2 goal setting, new program launches and forecasting. They will create product materials and internal/external trainings to improve knowledge transfer and scalability of internal processes.
Key job responsibilities
- Manages the lifecycle of complex initiatives, working tactically and strategically to deliver processes that will delight SPs
- Establishes/simplifies processes to ensure the program meets customer needs and audit mechanisms (e.g. metrics, reporting)
- Partner with ISS Paid Services Program teams and RBS Node leadership to prioritize features across the product roadmap, based on the marketplace strategy for continuous innovation in the AMPS program offering
- Works closely to commercial team to design the best solution to not only delight SPs, but also to make marketplace consultants job more efficient
- Drives program meetings across 3P org, producing detailed documents to support discussion
