Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex SAP Fiori and UI5 applications, ensuring scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly solutions. Translate business requirements into innovative UI designs by collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders. Develop and enhance SAP applications using ABAP, OData, and SAP Gateway services. Build responsive and accessible UIs using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 across desktop and mobile platforms. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards Drive best practices around Fiori design principles and ensure alignment with SAP UX strategy. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring knowledge sharing and upskilling across the team. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration, deployment, and release activities in Agile environments. Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and optimize UI and backend logic accordingly. Support end-users, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously improve application usability.
