**Key Responsibilities** + End-to-end implementation, upgrade, and application support + Document detailed requirements + Configure and implement SAP TM solutions like Default Route, POD, Event Configuration + Manage FUBR, internal/external planning, POWL, selection and planning profiles, transportation cockpit, and output management + Handle incompatibilities management and condition configurations + Set up transportation lanes and carrier selection processes + Manage forwarding, freight order, and booking order processes + Oversee internal and external freight charge management + Handle freight settlement, carrier invoicing, and dispute management **Qualifications** + 8- 10 years of working experience in a relevant field + Knowledge of SAP TM organizational elements and master data objects and its integration with other systems. + Good business knowledge of transportation and logistics execution specifically inbound, outbound shipment processes, optimization planning. + Hands-on experience with interfaces, XML, EDI, and IDocs configuration + Integration knowledge with SAP ECC and systems like GTS, EWM + Experience in 1 or more full-cycle implementations (Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support) + Excellent communication and analytical skills \#LI-AL1 Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
