About the Role
We are seeking a TechnoFunctional SAP TM Expert to support a global logistics transformation programme for a major client. This is a high-impact role where you will lead the implementation of SAP Transportation Management (TM) across multiple regions, working with global stakeholders and complex supply chain environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver end-to-end SAP TM implementations, with a focus on embedded TM in S/4HANA. Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable SAP TM solutions. Configure and customize SAP TM modules including planning, execution, and freight settlement. Collaborate with development teams for enhancements and integrations. Support global rollout activities, including testing, training, and hypercare. Ensure alignment with global logistics strategy and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP TM experience Strong TechnoFunctional expertise - able to configure and collaborate on development Experience with Embedded TM and S/4HANA (ideal) At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP TM Experience working with large, global clients Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently across time zones and cultures
