Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant - SAP Testing

As a SAP Testing – Lead consultant, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

7+ years of Information Technology experience

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Memphis, TN or be willing to relocate to the area.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the testing team to ensure timely and effective execution of test activities.

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on testing best practices and methodologies

Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and objectives.

Creation of Test plans across the test phases, Design, create, and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate SAP ERP business process flows/System functionality.

Monitor and report progress and results of testing activities, including test coverage, effort, and test KPI’s.

Defect Management & Coordination.

Ability to grasp technical details of ERP testing

7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP testing including Upgrade projects (Must have) & Implementation

Strong experience in creating comprehensive test plans, Test Scenario, and test Cases for SAP projects.

Proficiency in testing various SAP modules SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, Logistics, WM, QM in ECC 6.0

Expertise in different types of testing like Unit Testing, SIT including Regression testing and UAT

Experience in testing SAP integrations with third-party systems and applications

Expertise in Test Management Tools - SolMan Focus Build (Must have) & ALM

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

SAP certifications on various SAP modules would be a significant advantage.

Experience in leading cross functional teams.

Excellent Interpersonal, Communication Skills and stake holder management

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
