Job Description

SAP Test Manager will lead actions to develop, execute, and manage comprehensive testing strategies for SAP projects. The ideal candidate will ensure quality and timely delivery of SAP testing tasks, and work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure the success of SAP implementation and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP S4 Hana rollout project, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.Coordinate with project managers off shore, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.Design and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and business needs.Identify and document defects, track issues through resolution, and communicate testing results and status updates effectively.Collaborate with functional leads and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions for SAP system defects and performance bottlenecks.Conduct risk assessments and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with testing best practices, methodologies, and industry standards.

Qualifications

Total years of experience: 5+ years in similar roles.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for SAP
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
