SAP Systems Analyst (Plan to Produce)
Insight Global is seeking a Senior SAP Systems Analyst for one of our largest manufacturing clients to sit out of their Cary, NC facility. This individual will be responsible for: 1) Maintaining the existing ECC 6.0 systems by making minor enhancements in order to keep this running and 2) Contributing to the multi-year SAP S/4Hana implementation. They will be working cross-functionally with different business functions (Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to gather requirements and translate to technical teams.

Plan-to-Produce areas supporting our Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities could include:
- Provide SAP configuration and integration expertise with the SAP modules relevant to the role (Sales & Distribution, Financial Accounting, Materials Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Controlling).
- Provide day to day support for SAP ECC6 Eco-System, and SAP S/4 implementations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and procedures to effectively identify and implement IT solutions.
- Actively engage key business partners to identify/validate opportunities, ensure alignment with business strategies and define functional area roadmap.
- Plan, manage and implement projects in the business systems and ERP space. Develop, document, communicate, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Ensure all are met during the project delivery process.
- Define project requirements by identifying project schedule, milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establish and manage project budgets.
- Collaborate with users and peers to provide functional and technical support. Resolve complex user reported issues in a timely manner.
- Lead implementation of corporate and division initiatives and actively participate on teams.
- Create operational documentation and KPI metrics. Perform system, interface, and batch monitoring.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training to business users and IT team, including sharing best practices.
- Create, review, and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy.
