Your day-to-day will involve: + Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications + Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs + Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses + Expect to travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients. + Collaborate effectively with global teams and assist in leading design and testing sessions while coordinating with other dependent teams. + Provide design insights and lead the build, testing, and deployment of supply chain solutions across various technology landscapes + Exhibit hands-on technical capabilities in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tool and demonstrated strong business acumen of demand planning or supply planning capabilities. Following the design phase, you will lead in the build, testing and deployment phases with minimal oversight. You will be expected to engage in horizontal collaboration with cross-functional teams and will also have the opportunity to coach and develop teams vertically. To thrive in this role, you should be action-oriented and adept at delivering processes, solutions, and projects. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $186,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $121,700 to $211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
