Ericsson is currently rolling out several new SAP Supply Chain Management solutions — EWM, IBP, TMS, and TSS — both globally and locally. It’s a significant undertaking that calls for capable, confident, and curious individuals to help ensure a smooth implementation and a positive SAP user experience.
Our Supply Chain Improvement and Development team in Tallinn, Estonia is seeking an experienced SAP Superuser to join us on supporting this transformation locally.
As SAP Superuser, you’ll play a key role by supporting the implementation project and assisting end users in their daily work.
This is a great opportunity to apply and expand your SAP knowledge, develop new skills, and build connections across the organization.
What you will do:
• Support SAP end users with any kind of system related issues occurring during every-day activities and system implementations
• Investigate and troubleshoot variations from the normal process flow
• Support system implementation projects and releases by performing UAT and supporting project team with expertise
• Support local and global process improvement work by investigating opportunities, testing and sharing expertise
The skills you bring:
• Previous experience working with SAP ERP or SAP SCM solutions
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management, logistics & production processes
• Communication skills and customer focus (empathic, patient, approachable)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Holistic and systems thinking skills (ability to see the big picture and the interconnections between different aspects of a problem)
• Higher education that contributes to the achievement of professional goals
• Team player and collaborative mindset
Please note, this role is based at Supply Site Tallinn in Estonia and to be considered for this role you either reside in Estonia or willing to relocate to Estonia.
