You will support the daily performance and long-term strategic goals of the distribution center by acting as a subject matter expert, sharing insights, and solutions to common challenges within the operation. This is achieved by collecting, analyzing, and reporting complex problems to support teams, providing relevant details for faster resolution .This role plays a vital part in identifying issues, improving efficiency, and enhancing service levels within a fast-paced logistics and warehousing environment.

Your Tasks Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, or process changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for system support within the operations team. Assist users in troubleshooting issues and provide training and guidance on best practices. Document and continuously improve work instruction procedures Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to resolve operational issues. Act as a liaison between operations and IT support teams

 

Your Profile

 

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a distribution, supply chain, or 3PL operations environment. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts). Experience with SAP WMS system. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
