Balanced scorecard categories
Time Type and Time Type Groups – Up to 10
Knowledge on Multiple Work Schedules (Duration, Clock Times, and shifts)
Hands on experience on Leave Types and Leave Balances as per labour law of Client
Auto delegation configured with different leave types
Experience on Time Valuation Profiles & Time Recording Profiles
Experience on Grade Rounding Work Schedules
Good knowlegde on Configuration of company specific leaves and leave quotas. Up to 15 leaves
Configuration of Holiday and Holiday Calendars must be known
Automatic quota creation with company specific accrual policies.
Approval matrix for leave application.
Idea on Up to 3-time attendance policy across the organization & Overtime minimum & maximum hours calculation Business Rules (Up to 15)
Creating Standard Reports
