Our focus is on helping clients elevate performance and productivity. **The opportunity** We are seeking a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Manager to join our dynamic SuccessFactors team. Utilizing SAP technology, we address the challenges organizations confront in the digital era. Our approach transcends technology implementation, focusing on a comprehensive, business-centered perspective that encompasses strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, and operational impacts. In this role, you will build and manage the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy. You will provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality, while leading both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of technology solutions and infrastructure. **Your key responsibilities** As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions, and projects. You will navigate operational and organizational dynamics while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management. Key responsibilities include: + Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis. + Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met. + Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively. **Skills and attributes for success** To thrive in this role, you will need a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. The following attributes will make a significant impact: + Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP SuccessFactors system capabilities. + Develop strategy around designing functional solutions based on thorough analyses. + Lead stakeholders and the technical team, translating needs into effective business solutions. + Manage and develop resources in winning and delivering projects. + Proficient in Agile delivery and development methodologies. + Experienced in application delivery processes and application development tools. + Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing practices. + Knowledgeable in system development lifecycle and technology integration. + Proven ability to manage client relationships and generate revenue. + Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems. + Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and influence stakeholders. + Deep understanding of project and program delivery methods, including Agile and Waterfall. **To qualify for the role, you must have** + A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree); Master’s degree preferred. + Typically, no less than 12 years relevant experience. Proficient in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies. + A proven track record of at least 3-4 full end-to-end implementations in complex or union environments. + Proven experience leading multiple global SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects, including managing time evaluation solutions, data replication from SuccessFactors Employee Central to Payroll, and deploying of SAP Payroll Control Center. + A SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification. + Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies. + Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools. + Knowledgeable in project or program value, finance, and quality management. + Competence in project or program resource management. + Understanding of the technology landscape. + A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. **Ideally, you’ll also have** + Experience in leading diverse teams and managing change effectively. + Strong negotiation and influencing skills. + A track record of building and managing client trust and value. **What we look for** We seek individuals who are not only skilled but also demonstrate emotional agility and digital fluency. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $169,900 to $388,200. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $203,900 to $441,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
