We are looking for a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) as part of our customers HR Transformation program. This role requires strong expertise in end-to-end LMS deployments, including design, configuration, integration, and change enablement. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders, HR leadership, and technical teams to deliver a scalable, compliant, and business-aligned learning solution.

This role requires strong expertise in end-to-end LMS deployments, including design, configuration, integration, and change enablement. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders, HR leadership, and technical teams to deliver a scalable, compliant, and business-aligned learning solution.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and HR stakeholders to define learning strategy, compliance needs, and success metrics.
• Translate business requirements into functional design and system configuration within SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
• Configure learning structures (items, curricula, classes, programs, certifications, evaluations, approval workflows).
• Manage data migration activities, including legacy learning records, catalogs, and user data.
• Design and execute integration strategies with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, external content providers and corporate systems.
• Develop test strategies (SIT, UAT), execute test cycles, and ensure defect resolution.
• Deliver end-user training, change management support, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Provide go-live readiness / cutover planning and Hypercare support.
• Stay updated with the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and propose innovations / best practices.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS, including at least two full end-to-end implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of learning processes, compliance training, certification tracking, and audit requirements.
• Hands-on configuration expertise in LMS, including catalogs, curricula, learning assignments, and reporting.
• Experience with integrations (third-party content providers, Single Sign-On etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Preferred:
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS Certification is a must.
• Experience with Employee Central or Performance & Goals module integrations.
• IAS/IPS set up and leveraging into LMS implementation is a must
• Awareness and application of SAP SuccessFactors implementation standards
• Familiarity with Report Designer, Workforce Analytics, and custom reporting.
• Experience in regulated industries (example Energy & Utilities) with compliance training needs.
