Responsibilities Make an impact Act as the primary technical expert and support lead for SAP SuccessFactors within the organization, manage the configuration, testing, and maintenance of core SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals, collaborate with HR andIT stakeholders to analyze needs, propose solutions, and implement enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors, perform system audits and data validation to ensure data quality and compliance, support system upgrades, patching, and feature rollouts in coordination with global IT and HR teams, develop technical documentation, user guides, and provide end-user training as needed, leverage reporting and analytics tools within SAP SuccessFactors to support business intelligence and decision-making, monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with vendors or internal teams as required, stay abreast of new SAP SuccessFactors features, integrations, and industry trends to propose future system improvements. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. HR degree with strong IT experience will also be considered, minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, experience in system configuration, testing, and support within a corporate environment, solid understanding of core HR processes and data flows, analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
