Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering and design workshops for SRM and Procurement processes.Configure SRM processes for procurement planning, requisitioning, sourcing, and supplier management.Implement forms and catalogs for supplier and material/service procurement.Design and optimize approval workflows for requisition and sourcing cycles.Support tendering, e-auctions, and contract lifecycle management.Integrate SRM with MM, FI, Ariba, and external supplier systems.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, tax rules, and financial controls.Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and support for procurement teams.Monitor supplier performance, procurement KPIs, and process automation.Support migration from SAP SRM to S/4HANA Procurement (if applicable).Experience
7–10 years of SAP Procurement experience with at least 3–5 years in SAP SRM.At least 2 full-cycle SAP SRM or S/4HANA Procurement implementations.Strong expertise in P2P, sourcing, supplier management, and procurement compliance.Technical & Functional Skills
Hands-on configuration of SRM procurement processes, catalogs, and supplier collaboration.Knowledge of integration with MM, FI, Ariba, and external supplier networks.Experience with workflow design, approval hierarchies, and procurement automation.Familiarity with Fiori apps for Procurement & SRM in S/4HANA.Soft Skills
