Kforce is working with a company that is hiring an SAP Senior Business Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hybrid, contract to hire position. Summary: The SAP Senior Business Analyst will join the Enterprise Applications team, collaborating with business leaders and analysts to support and enhance enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with internal and external IT teams on implementations, enhancements, and support for SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA systems * Gather requirements for FICO functionality and process changes; Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend solutions * Develop and review business and technical documentation to ensure alignment with requirements * Configure and enhance systems, including writing functional specifications for ABAP changes in FICO (RICEF objects and performance improvements) * Document functional requirements, create specs, configure systems, test, demo, and support user training * Apply SDLC methodologies (e.g., ASAP, SOLMAN) to project execution * Drive continuous improvement through trend analysis and metrics * Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively addressing issues and exceeding expectation
