CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Security & GRC Consultant opening for our client in Louisiana. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Duties: Provide SAP Security and GRC support, including role management, authorization troubleshooting, and user administration. Configure and update GRC Access Control (AC) master data. Work independently to gather requirements for SAP security role enhancements for support or minor projects, follow change management processes for compliance, and participate in change request approval and deployment. Extract and analyze reports from SAP tables, SUIM, and GRC to support internal/external audit requests. Identify areas for improvement in SAP security setup, recommend solutions, and implement approved enhancements. Support SAP HANA Security implementations and production support, ensuring compliance with SOX guidelines. Conduct security assessments and risk analyses for SAP HANA applications. Implement secure SAP HANA architectures, including data encryption, access controls, authentication, authorization, and auditing. Configure and optimize SAP HANA security features to protect sensitive data. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide guidance on SAP application security best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base. Stay updated on SAP Security and GRC/HANA trends and best practices. Skills: Strong expertise in SAP Security and GRC Access Control. Experience in role design, user administration, and authorization troubleshooting. Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit support requirements. Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Security, including encryption, access management, and secure coding practices. Ability to analyze and respond to audit evidence requests using SAP reports and GRC tools. Strong client-facing and communication skills. Experience: 5+ years of SAP Security and GRC consulting/support experience. Prior experience with SAP HANA Security implementation and support. Proven background in managing compliance, security risk assessments, and audit engagements. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
