+ Define and develop comprehensive test plans for SAP modules based on project requirements, mentoring team members in creating test scripts. + Highly conversant experience on SAP SD processes, Master Data, Contract and Rebate, Order Management, Distribution, Billing and Return Management + Implement standard SAP testing lifecycles with hands-on leadership in end-to-end test execution across all phases (Unit, System Integration, Regression Testing). + Partner with Test Automation Engineers to convert manual test scripts into automated tests. + Collaborate closely with the functional team to understand business needs, translating them into robust test scripts. + Should have good working knowledge and understanding of Test Management tools like Micro Focus ALM (HPALM) + Track and document defects with established defect management tools and participate in defect triage meetings + Provide accurate, timely updates on testing progress, risks, and defect status to Test Managers and stakeholders. + SAP Certification and Life Science experience will be an added advantage Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
