The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops. **Role:** **SAP SD Functional Architect** **Job Level:** Manager **Location** : Foster City - CA, Hybrid. **Duration:** Full Time only **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Architect with 12 to 14 years of experience specializing in SAP SD and SAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Research and Development and Medical Devices. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems to drive business solutions and improvements. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel. **Responsibilities:** · Lead the design and implementation of SAP SD solutions to meet business requirements. · Oversee the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications. · Provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices and industry standards. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP system operations. · Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD configurations and processes. · Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. · Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues in a timely manner. · Train and mentor junior team members on SAP SD functionalities. · Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. · Design and execute test plans to ensure the quality of SAP SD solutions. · Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for optimization. · Ensure that all SAP SD solutions align with the companys strategic goals. · Stay updated with the latest SAP SD trends and technologies to drive innovation. **Qualifications:** · Must have extensive experience in SAP SD and SAP systems. · Should have a strong background in Research and Development and Medical Devices. · Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Should have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model. · Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Should be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. · Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. · Should have a proven track record of successful SAP SD implementations. · Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. · Should have experience in training and mentoring team members. · Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development. · Should have a strong understanding of business processes and requirements. · Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. **Certifications Required** · SAP Certified Application Associate - Sales and Distribution SAP Certified Technology Associate **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between 112,500 - 132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
