We are looking for: SAP SD Consultant

SAP Run service (2nd/3rd level support, Change Requests) for a Polish branch of a global company; SAP functional scope: SAP HCM, SAP Finance, SAP SD/MM, SAP PP/QM; Part of a oparger service delivered by international delivery teams locate in Poland, Canada and India

Key Responsibilities

Incident tracking and monitoring - should be proactive to identify issues in the system, timely resolution of incidentsProvide daily support to clientAble to translate customer requirements into technical requirements for the developerSelf managedWill ask for help when neededAbility to learn and support customized solutionsProvide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties in order to maintain their productivity level (including international and fourth level break/fix support)Able to work on projects depending on the client needs from time to timeWork very closely with business decision makers and end users

Experience Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field preferredAt lease of three or more years of SAP functional testing experienceOne year of experience in Production SupportGood understanding of SAP SD end to end processesUnderstand SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE) configurationGood communication skillsGood customer service skillsAbility to prioritize work and provide a solution when requiredStrong oral, written and interpersonal skills

Nice to have skills

Knowledge of other processes such as MM, FI/CO and FirefighterPreferably knowledge of ServiceNow – though not necessaryPreferably familiar with Solution Manager/Change Management of Transports in SAP
