**Your role and responsibilities**
In this role you will:
* Analyse, design scalable and integrated complex processes business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
* Perform advanced configuration of SD components (sales, shipping, billing, credit management, rebates).
* Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and interfaces (RICEFW).
* Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, WM, and CRM.
* Lead SAP SD implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
* Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
* Handle high-level support issues (L2/L3), root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
* Act as a bridge between business users, IT, and SAP support teams.
* Conduct workshops, gather feedback, and provide expert advice to leadership.
* Guide and mentor junior consultants.
* Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users and internal teams.
* Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and change requests.
* Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SAP best practices.
* Stay update with the latest SAP Technology, and methodologies (ECC, S/4HANA RISE or GROW)
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Strong knowledge of SAP process business
* Has 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module with multiple end-to-end implementations and support projects
* Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, and go-live support.
* Skilled in troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and delivering optimized solutions.
* Interacting effectively with cross-functional teams, business users, and executive stakeholders.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
Has certification in SD modul is preferable.
