SAP S/4 HANA PP -PI Team Lead

Location: While this position is remote/virtual, you must be open to traveling up to 50%

Job Overview: The SAP S/4 HANA PP-PI Leader is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of SAP Production Planning and Execution- Process Order Management in the Process Industries (PP-PI) module. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes in Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, MRP, and Production Execution. The SAP PP-PI Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure system integrity, and provide guidance for the continuous improvement of SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP-PI modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Manage full lifecycle SAP PP implementations, from blueprinting to post-go-live support.Provide expertise on integration points with other SAP modules, including PM, QM, MM, FI, and CO.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify system gaps, and propose innovative solutions.Ensure SAP PP-PI system stability and optimal performance by monitoring and troubleshooting the system.Collaborate with development teams for any required enhancements or customizations.Train and mentor team members on SAP PP-PI processes and best practices.Maintain project documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals.Engage with business users to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with the latest SAP PP-PI features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field,Process Industry experience.8+ years of experience in SAP PP-PI configuration and implementationProven experience leading multiple full-cycle SAP PP-PI implementations. In-depth knowledge of SAP PP-PI processes (Production planning, MRP, Production execution).Strong understanding of integration with SAP PM, QM, MM, FICO, and other modules.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a demanding environment.SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in S/4HANA PP-PI.Experience in S/4 Rise with SAP Greenfield Implementation Prior team management experienceKnowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP cloud solutions.Strong analytical and project management skills.

Work Environment

It is expected that, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 50%Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

This position will support our client, who is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). It involves access to information subject to ITAR. Due to urgent timelines and immediate placement needs, individuals selected for this position must be U.S. persons. 

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $100,500 - $186,700.
