Role purpose

The ITPM - SAP RMCA role is responsible for assessing functional requirements and providing the technical solution design in the area that supports SAP project planning, resource allocation, risk management and team leadership with expertise in SAP FI, RMCA/FICA business processes. Identify dependencies, guide decision-making, identify and raise risks, solve problems, and provide analytical insights about the project performance are part of her/his responsibility. In collaboration with other designers and developers he/she will be asked to provide effort estimation and plan to delivery.

 

Knowledge of the main receivable processes in Telco Market and tools (SAP RMCA , FI-CA) is essential to manage properly the assigned tasks, complemented by rock solid technical skills and experience in SAP. Project Management, troubleshooting and problem-solving analysis capabilities are required as well. As part of IT ERP SAP Center of Expertise, cooperates in resolving incidents and implementing change requests. Essential for the role are also soft skills as team player, responsible attitude to actively drive activities to completion.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP RMCA / FICA and minimum 2 years on experience in role as ITPM.SAP project planning, resource allocation, risk management and team leadership with expertise in SAP FI, RMCA/FICA business processesDrive business requirement engineering and documentation Solution design fostering SAP Standard Capabilities Provide Best Practices on RMCA/FICA .Deep knowledge of Account ReceivableKnowledge of Master Data, Invoice Processing / iDOC document creation, payment processing Good understanding of RMCA/FICA business processes flow (Payments, Returns, Direct debits, Dunning with collection strategy via BRF+, Collection agency, Security deposits)Good knowledge of (Creditworthiness, Promise to pay, Write-off, Doubtful Booking, Archiving (ILM), Reporting, Financial Closing)Understanding of Migration - Master Data & Open Item Document continuous migration Good to have - Batch migration via EmigallGood to have - Ondemand migration via APIKnowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, ToscaExcellent communication skills and ability to influence to challenge stakeholders to ensure the right requirements, and customer experience aspirationsAble to initiate, think ahead, plan and anticipate risks. Comfortable with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictabilityStrong understanding of software design and development. Can prepare specifications, estimates and solution documentation to support work completed
