**Job Summary:** We are undergoing a major transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, and we are looking for a **Senior SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP Reporting & Analytics Senior Consultant** to Senior Consultant and drive the implementation of advanced reporting and analytics solutions across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This **Technical Consultant** role will focus on implementing and optimizing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, and embedded analytics within SAP S/4HANA to empower decision-making and provide business insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reporting and analytics tools within the SAP ecosystem, including hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere. The consultant will be responsible for Senior Consultanting data integration for reporting, ensuring the delivery of real-time insights, and optimizing analytics processes across the business. **Key Job Responsibilities:** 1. **SAP Reporting & Analytics Architecture:** 2. Implement and manage SAP Datasphere for data warehousing, ensuring that business data is effectively extracted, transformed, and made accessible for analytics purposes. 15. Develop and implement strategies for data harmonization and integration across SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Datasphere. 16. Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA data with SAP Datasphere and other cloud platforms, enabling centralized data management for reporting and analytics. 17. **Embedded Analytics in SAP S/4HANA:** 18. Leverage SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics capabilities to deliver real-time insights embedded directly into business processes. 19. Configure and implement CDS views (Core Data Services) and analytical queries within SAP S/4HANA to provide ad-hoc and standard reports. 20. Work with business users and functional teams to create tailored analytical reports, leveraging embedded reporting tools and embedded analytics within SAP S/4HANA. 21. Optimize the performance of embedded analytics, ensuring that the reports provide real-time data with minimal latency. 22. **Data Integration and Data Models:** 23. Oversee data integration processes from SAP S/4HANA to other SAP BTP services (including SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Intelligence) and third-party systems to ensure accurate and seamless reporting. 24. Develop data models and ensure efficient data extraction processes from SAP S/4HANA for reporting purposes. 25. Implement best practices for data transformation, modelling, and integration to support business intelligence and reporting needs. 26. **Reporting Solutions and Dashboards:** 27. Senior Consultant the design, development, and deployment of business reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to various business departments such as finance, operations, procurement, HR, and sales. 28. Work with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure reports meet business needs and compliance standards. 29. Implement performance monitoring and troubleshooting for SAP reporting systems, ensuring that reports and dashboards run efficiently. 30. **Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics Strategy:** 31. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the BI and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and digital transformation objectives. 32. Work with IT teams to ensure that reporting solutions are scalable, adaptable, and efficient, supporting future business growth and innovation. 33. Define the overall data governance strategy, ensuring that reports are accurate, reliable, and comply with data security policies. 34. **Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:** 35. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, logistics, operations, HR, etc.) to understand business reporting and analytics requirements, ensuring that the solutions meet their needs. 36. Serve as a key point of contact for business stakeholders on analytics and reporting needs, providing expert advice and guidance. 37. Manage communication with internal and external vendors, SAP consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and solution implementation. 38. **Continuous Improvement and Optimization:** 39. Monitor and optimize SAP reporting and analytics solutions to ensure peak performance, scalability, and flexibility in meeting evolving business requirements. 40. Stay up to date with SAP’s latest offerings in analytics and BI, evaluating new tools and techniques to improve reporting capabilities. 41. Proactively identify and address bottlenecks, performance issues, or areas for improvement in SAP reporting and analytics solutions. 42. **Training and Knowledge Sharing:** 43. Provide training and mentoring to business users and internal teams on best practices for using SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics, and SAP Datasphere. 44. Share knowledge of reporting and analytics solutions to foster continuous improvement across the organization. 45. Develop and maintain documentation for reporting solutions, ensuring that processes, configurations, and best practices are clearly documented and accessible. **Required Experience, Qualification and Certifications:** 1. **Professional Experience:** 2. Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP reporting and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP. 3. Proven experience Senior Consultanting the implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and integration with SAP S/4HANA. 4. Expertise in data warehousing, data modelling, and data integration using SAP Datasphere and other SAP BTP services. 5. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics, including CDS views, Fiori apps, and S/4HANA reports. 6. Experience working with large-scale reporting solutions, including business intelligence (BI) tools and dashboard creation. 7. **Educational Qualifications:** 8. A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field. 9. Relevant SAP certifications in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, SAP BusinessObjects, or related areas are highly desirable. 10. **Technical Expertise:** 11. Strong experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting, planning, and predictive analytics. 12. Proficiency in SAP Datasphere for data warehousing and integration across SAP and non-SAP systems. 13. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics and the configuration of CDS views and analytic queries. 14. Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, and data integration best practices in SAP environments. 15. Familiarity with other SAP reporting tools like SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Lumira, or third-party BI platforms is a plus. 16. **Process and Methodologies:** 17. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks for delivering reporting and analytics solutions. 18.
