**Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced **SAP RE-FX Consultant** to support and enhance our real estate management processes within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX) module, including configuration, integration, and compliance with IFRS 16/ASC 842 lease accounting standards. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP RE-FX solutions. + Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. + Configure contracts, lease-in/lease-out processes, and real estate objects. + Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards (IFRS 16, ASC 842). + Integrate RE-FX with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, and PM. **Qualifications:** + 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX module. + Strong understanding of real estate business processes and lease accounting. + Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. + Familiarity with integration points between RE-FX and other SAP modules. + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. **Preferred Skills:** + SAP certification in RE-FX or related modules. + Experience in real estate, retail, or asset-intensive industries. + Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to RE-FX.
