Overview

We're looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a dedicated team on a major transformation initiative. This is a full-time position requiring strong project governance skills as well as deep SAP functional knowledge. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of SAP-related initiatives across a defined project scope

Coordinate the efforts of a 6-person team across work streams

Oversee system integrator implementation and ensure alignment with project goals

Support project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication

Manage relationships with internal sponsors and third-party vendors

Ensure milestones, deliverables, and expectations are met on time and within scope

Key Requirements

Proven experience managing full-cycle SAP projects in a leadership capacity

Strong knowledge of core SAP modules and their integration points

Exposure to or understanding of SAP EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management) is highly desirable

Track record of successfully working alongside system integrators

Comfortable working in a structured governance environment

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder groups

Fluent in English (French language skills are a plus)

Must be based in Poland with the ability to travel to Kraków on occasion
