o Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
o Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, functional/business analysts, and technical infrastructure teams.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
o Ensure project deliverables are completed on-time, and meet or exceed quality standards.
o Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
o Communicate project status, risks, and issues with business stakeholders.
o Ensure appropriate project documentation is developed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
o Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
o Working closely with various stakeholders, including IT, finance, supply chain, Operations, sourcing, and other business units, to gather requirements and ensure the system meets organizational needs.
