In this position…
BlueOval Battery Michigan (BOBM) is in the process of implementing SAP S/4HANA public cloud as our core corporate system ERP solution. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated IT program manager to lead the collaborative effort of the initial production launch and related external interface cutover activities. While a system integrator is already in place to manage the core SAP cutover and go-live, this role will be the central point of contact for all cutover-related activities and pivotal in ensuring a seamless activation and transition of all external connections to ensure minimal disruption to BOBM business standup and subsequent operations. A significant aspect of this role will be to define and execute a comprehensive production data migration plan.
You'll have…
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on ERP implementations and cutover management, specifically with experience in managing interfaces.Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations is highly desirableProven track record of successfully managing complex IT cutover projects, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry Strong understanding of data migration principles and best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsExperience working with Ford IT systems and processes is a significant advantageExperience working with supplier IT systems is a plusYou may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

What you'll do…
Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for managing the cutover of interfaces and data migration between BOBM SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud system and Ford IT systems (Ford I-ERP, Ford MMP/GECHub, and MICS etc.) includingLead cross-functional teams in defining interface-related cutover tasks, dependencies, timelines, and resources needs to the lowest level of required granularityPlan and lead execution of pre-cutover dress rehearsal in BOBM and Ford affected systems' respective UAT or production like environmentsDefine and execute a comprehensive data migration planIdentify early in planning phase business data in scope from all BOBM and Ford systems (e.g. POs, assets, GL balance etc.)Collaborate with Ford and BOBM cross-functional teams and system integrator to align on data migration strategy; Include details such as data extraction, cleanup, conversion, multi-phase testing, blackout, and post cutover data validation in production etc.Identify, document, set up and validate production user identify and access requirements based on BOBM business standup and operation requirements (e.g. BOBM identity, SAP related accounts and business roles etc.) including both BOBM production operators and Ford personnel who are responsible for BOBM production operations while leveraging expertise and support from BOBM Security and System Integrator.Manage communication (reviews, status updates, governance report-outs) and stakeholder alignment (e.g. key decisions, defect disposition, signoffs etc.) throughout the interface cutover process.
