Role Overview

Here at Red on behalf of our global client we are for a Process Integration Lead to support a large-scale SAP program. The role will focus on ensuring smooth integration across business processes, particularly within supply chain and intercompany operations, while collaborating with multiple streams and stakeholders across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage process integration activities within the SAP program.

Oversee and align inter company and supply chain (SCM) processes.

Ensure smooth integration of discrete manufacturing processes.

Work closely with technical teams to bridge business and IT requirements.

Guide multiple streams, ensuring consistency and alignment in integration efforts.

Act as a point of contact for stakeholders across Germany, Switzerland, and other European locations.

Provide clear communication and status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of SAP Project Management experience.

Strong knowledge of SCM and intercompany processes.

Experience with discrete manufacturing processes.

Solid technical background with the ability to understand complex integration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a hybrid model across Germany and Switzerland.
