JOB FUNCTION – REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS (Why job exists, what areas it impacts on, requirements to do the job, and Success Factors)

Involvement in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of SAP S/4 HANA deployment projects within PPG affiliated companies to localize and execute the training strategy for the SAP S/4 HANA Implementation program within China. The core responsibility focus on P2P related design and Go Live etc.参与PPG关联公司S/4 HANA部署项目的准备、构思、实现和上线,以实现SAP S/4 HANA在中国本地化并执行实施计划的培训策略。重点参与P2P模块的设计和上线等相关工作。Assist in data cleansing, data review, and dual maintenance activities as needed for data objects from enterprise’s end-to-end process, covers the entire chain from purchase requisition on order processing, invoice verification and payment, three-way matching.支持SAP上线过程中对应的数据整理和维护,包括P2P整个全链条中涉及的模块,例如采购订单,发票和付款等端到端流程。Partner with regional functional leaders to identify training needs and develop role-based learning paths. Requires:

Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering/Business/Science or equivalent.工程、商学或理科学士学位及以上学历。Fluency in Mandarin and English written and speaking. 中英文口语书写流利。5-years of experience in SAP training, learning & development, or organizational change.五年以上SAP 培训、学习和发展或组织变革的工作经验Master P2P/F2P with strong instructional design and facilitation skills.掌握 P2P/F2P等模块,具有较强的教学设计和引导能力。Have SAP P2P implementation experience is better.拥有SAP P2P项目实施经验优先。Comply with all PPG ethics standards.该岗位工作人员必须遵守所有PPG 道德标准。
