***SAP PMO Consultant - Shanghai, China - On-Site ***

Here at RED, we are looking for an SAP PMO Consultant to start on an SAP S/4 HANA project for one of our global end clients.

The SAP PMO Lead is expected to start ASAP and for an initial 6 months contract with a possibility of extension. The project will be 4 days a week on site in Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Scheduling Work with central, deployment and cluster PMOs to ensure clear framework plan is understood Perform administrative setup of the wave team (setup Wave Calendar, distribution lists, gDrive folder structure etc. Develop a comprehensive local project plan with clear critical path and relevant contingency defined Uses the deliverable list as basis for the project plan and defines additional deliverable if needed (locally or regionally) Ensure all work streams are represented in the plan and understand and commit to the plan Ensure project management methodology is in place in a timely manner and the team is trained/coached in how to use it. Troubleshooting, i.e. the ability to bring team together to resolve challenges to progress Ensure that all acceptance criteria are known and measured (as this will be key in the later phases where the gates and checkpoints come thick and fast.). Ensure Change Control is in place (in terms of deliverable/timing changes between core/local) Lead, drive and support any other project management and coordination activities

Desired skills:

PMO experience since 4+ years Previous PMO Lead experience Ideally worked an SAP PMO background English & Mandarin speaking is a must Previous Pharmaceutical experience is nice to have
