You will be responsible for the team that performs all system maintenance, project development, migration projects at DXC. Resource will be responsible for the team that performs all Finance tasks within SAP Projects at DXC all from idea, technical design, implementation, quality assurance, test, to cut-over support. He/she is responsible for leadership and ownership of Delivery and contractual requirements across managed environments. Manage, implement, and strategize the design, configuration, development and implementation of customization and enhancements for the Solution Manager applications and integrated solutions and capabilities with relevant third-party application to achieve efficient operability, compliance and sustains productivity thus enhancing the value creation for Division business through IT innovation and support the business to attain operational excellence. Provide business & technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers’ businesses. As trusted advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of leading-edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge. Actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects. Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers. Accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels and for assisting in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Contribute to organization’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and by providing technical support for deal proposal development. **Key Responsibilities:** + Analyzing, advising, and making recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical solutions implemented. + Conduct fit to standard / template sessions leveraging SAP best practices. + Engage with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and provide in-depth knowledge and insights into module functionalities, configurations, and best practices. + Perform functional testing and support integration tests and User acceptance tests. + Support Key users in data cleansing and scoping exercises + Support key users in data migration rules definition and data value mapping exercise + Perform migration of data where needed + Support cutover planning and execution process + Support Go Live and hypercare activities + Coordination with business organizations, data migration, development and testing teams. + Coordination with external auditors **Basic Qualifications:** + At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance areas such as Maintenance Planning, Preventive Planning, Service Management, Predictive Maintenance, and Project Maintenance + Very good process understanding for internal business processes in the areas of production and integration to other core SAP modules like SAP PP, FICO, WM and MM. + strong experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) and its key sub-modules, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, and Quality Notifications. + Experience in at least 2 SAP E2E implementations over the entire life cycle. + Experience at least 2 SAP S/4HANA rollouts with experience in conducting Fit to template / explore phases. + Providing sound solutions in the S/4HANA environment based on the customer’s specific business requirements. + Experience with data migration concepts using standard SAP toolsets for Controlling master data and transaction objects. + Good communication and assertiveness as the consultant will play the role of ‘Template Defender’. + Willingness to travel (Min 50%. 10-12 weeks of travel over 6-9months of rollout duration) **Work Environment:** + It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel to 50%. + Must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $100,500 - $186,700. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
