We are currently seeking a SAP PM to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Work experience:

10-12 years’ experience in SAP and in an SAP project management role for 5+ years. Experience in managing SAP Implementation, upgrade/enhancement, AMS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This involves developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risks. The role also requires strong communication skills to provide regular updates and status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, functional/business analysts, and technical infrastructure teams. Manage AMS projects and manage resources to meet SLAs and service window/coverage. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project status, and facilitate communication among team members. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Change Management: Facilitate change management and user adoption, ensuring smooth transition to new SAP systems. Post-Implementation Reviews: Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned for future projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP systems and processes. Project Management Methodologies: Experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex project issues. Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and how they relate to SAP systems.

Work Location : Client Premises – Bidadi, Bengaluru – onsite - all days.
