Job Location MANILA NET PARK OFFICE Job Description As an SAP Functional Planning IT Project Delivery in the FPS DP&D Regional Delivery IT team, you will be a member of a diverse multi-skilled team focusing on project implementation for SAP rollout projects. You will have the opportunity to expand horizontal skills across the SAP Planning domain, such as Integrated Demand Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, and Production Planning and be exposed to end-to-end new plant rollouts with APO and S/4 HANA systems. Furthermore, you will multi-skill across other SAP domain areas over time expanding your SAP technical capabilities. Responsibilities: + Own blueprinting/data-gathering, analysis, validation, and management of solution requirements for Planning domain + Lead solution development, quality assurance, and release management for the Planning domain to meet business, user and stakeholder, and solution requirements and leverage vendors/suppliers to deliver + Provide functional support to business stakeholders and ensure solution delivery with quality + Coordinate and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to enable project delivery + Identify and demonstrate innovation and transformation opportunities, and follow through to enable value-creation within the team Job Qualifications Qualifications + 1-3 years experience in SAP Production Planning or SAP APO + Willing to expand horizontally and multi-skill into different areas of expertise + Strong technical background with knowledge in Supply and Production Planning processes + Ability to analyze requirements and translate to technical solutions, with pro-active approach to problem solving + Strong leadership and communication skills; operational discipline is a critical requirement + Ownership - Takes personal responsibility for success of the delivery within the aligned scope + Collaboration – Able to operate in a diverse and inclusive working environment, collaborating effectively within and across geographic and organizational boundaries About us We produce globally recognized brands and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
