Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the SAP PI/PO integration strategy across projects
Design and manage end-to-end interface solutions
Oversee configuration of communication channels, mappings, and adapters
Resolve interface failures and conduct root cause analysis
Manage migration activities from PI/PO to SAP CPI when applicable
Maintain interface documentation, technical specs, and configuration records
Collaborate with functional consultants to align integration with business processes
Conduct performance tuning and interface optimization
Ensure secure and compliant integration practices
Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
SAP certification in PI/PO or SAP Integration Suite preferred
Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
Experience
8–12 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in Payment & Cash Management
2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role
Proven experience delivering SAP payment solutions in large-scale projects
Experience in client engagement and treasury process consulting
At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector
Technical & Functional Skills
Deep knowledge of SAP PI/PO 7.3 or higher (ESR/ID configurations)
Proficient in mapping techniques (graphical, Java, XSLT)
Hands-on with synchronous/asynchronous interface design
Experience with SOAP, REST, OData, and API-based integration
Understanding of BPM, ccBPM, and Adapter Framework
Familiarity with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and hybrid scenarios
Knowledge of integration security (SSL, SAML, certificate management)
Soft Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Proven leadership, mentoring, and client-facing capabilities
