Position Summary

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities   

SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) architects play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP PaPM solutions for organizations seeking advanced profitability, cost, and performance management capabilities.

The Team 

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients’ needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture - Lead Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end SAP PaPM solutions tailored to business requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise architecture. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial, profitability, and performance management needs. Blueprinting: Develop detailed solution blueprints, including data models, calculation logic, and integration points.Implementation Leadership - Configuration Oversight: Guide the configuration and customization of SAP PaPM, including modeling allocation logic, rules, and data flows. Integration: Design and oversee integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and other source/target systems. Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for the PaPM implementation team, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting complex issues.Data Management - Data Modeling: Define and implement data models, ensuring data quality, consistency, and performance.Stakeholder Engagement - Workshops and Demos: Lead workshops and solution demonstrations for business and IT stakeholders. Change Management: Support user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.Governance and Best Practices - Standards Enforcement: Establish and enforce development, documentation, and deployment standards. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize solution performance.Continuous Improvement - Innovation: Stay current with SAP PaPM updates, new features, and industry best practices. Enhancements: Recommend and implement enhancements as business needs evolve.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of SAP PaPM (formerly FS-PER), including modeling, configuration, and integration.10+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA or other SAP modules is highly beneficial.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Project leadership experience in SAP implementations.
