Your tasks and responsibilities:

Act as SAP P58 Key User for Customer Services, ensuring smooth process execution and continuous improvement., including ticket handling, escalation management, and process automation initiatives.Provide first-level process expertise to support AI-driven transformation projects.Lead data quality and process improvement activities (data cleansing, validation, and standardization). Support testing, training, and onboarding for new system enhancements and process rolloutsPrepare and maintain process documentation, KPIs, and reporting tools for both SAP and Service Operation processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Service, IT, Service Operations) to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery.

Your qualifications and experience:

Great skills in Microsoft Office. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Service Operations, or Contact Center roles (preferably in healthcare) Strong knowledge of SAP (P58 or other ERP modules) and familiarity with Siebel . Previous experience in supervising or coordinating a Customer Care/Contact Center is an advantage.  Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.  Strong communication and collaboration abilities in multicultural, international teams.

Your attributes and skills:

Strong customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate customer needs into efficient processes. Leadership and coaching skills to guide service operation teams during transformation and daily operations. Ability to analyze and optimize complex service workflows, balancing SAP-driven and customer care activities and proactively  identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working effectively across regions and functions., comfortable with KPIs, reporting, and performance monitoring  Strong team player, able to foster collaboration in multicultural, virtual teams.
