In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. **Your key responsibilities** As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical initiatives. You will face challenges that require innovative problem-solving and analytical skills, providing you with opportunities to grow and learn in a dynamic environment. This role is based anywhere in the U.S., with regular travel required to meet client needs. + Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions. + Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives. + Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. + Serve as an SAP Manager responsible for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream, including but not limited to order management, pricing, ATP, delivery processing, billing, and customer order-related reporting. + Manage and provide leadership to teams of professionals, actively engaging in staff development and practice management. + Run workshops, gather requirements, design, configure, and support the end-to-end process for SAP Order-to-Cash, able to provide the design proposals with understanding of requirements from other key modules like Supply Chain (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality Management, TM, EWM), Procurement, and Finance. + Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen. Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge. + Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams.Leverage leading-practice business process knowledge for Order-to-Cash and apply to the client's business requirements. + Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. + Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. **Skills and attributes for success** To thrive in this role, you will need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial in delivering exceptional client service. On your typical engagement, you will collaborate with the key stakeholders to assess their needs and provide insights on SAP system capabilities. You will lead requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, and documentation, while also managing the functional design of the solution. By working closely with stakeholders and the technical team, you will translate requirements into effective business solutions, ensuring seamless configurations and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems. Your collaboration with architects, functional specialists, and developers throughout the design, implementation, testing, and go-live phases will be crucial for alignment with the PMO team. A strong understanding of master data and hierarchies in the OTC process is essential, as is the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive solution delivery. You will also supervise teams to foster a culture of trust, encourage diverse perspectives, and provide coaching and feedback. + Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems. + Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning. + Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively. + Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses. **To qualify for the role, you must have** + A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree). + Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience. + At least 3 years of experience working with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) + Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. + Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members. + Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior advisory experience relevant to industry specific finance and technology functions. + Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. + A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. **Ideally, you’ll also have** + Prior consulting industry experience. + SAP Certification(s). + Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module. + Experience in managing client relationships and expectations. **What we look for** We seek individuals who are not only technically proficient but also possess the qualities of a leader. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $141,200 to $258,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $169,500 to $294,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
