CTG is seeking to fill an SAP OTC opening for our client in Dallas, TX. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 6 months Duties: Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes. Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP OTC modules. Support business process design and improvements for Quote, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Transportation, and Credit Management. Perform configuration and testing for ATP (Available to Promise), Partner/Output Determination, BoM (Bill of Materials), and Variant Configuration. Implement and support end-to-end OTC business scenarios including 3rd party and intercompany sales, pricing, and billing. Document functional requirements, system design specifications, and user guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements. Skills: Strong expertise in SAP SD and OTC configuration and process flows. Proficient in: Shipping Point Determination Route Determination Transport and Delivery Scheduling (Backward Delivery Scheduling) Handling Partial & Complete Deliveries Outbound Delivery Split and Grouping Experience in customization of: Free of Charge Items Delivery/Invoice Correction Return Orders Credit & Debit Memos Solid knowledge of: ATP (Available to Promise) Credit Management Partner/Output Determination BoM and Variant Configuration In-depth understanding of: 3rd Party Sales Intercompany Sales Pricing & Billing Pricing Procedures Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP OTC/Sales and Distribution. Demonstrated experience in configuring and supporting large-scale SAP implementations. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. SAP certification is a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
